Coronavirus Update from Milton Dental Practice - 07.06.202o

Dear Friends

We're delighted to be open again, but during this stage of the Coronavirus Pandemic we will need to be especially vigilant to keep our patients and staff safe.  For this reason please inform us if you have any of the following symptoms:

1. A high temperature, hot to touch on the chest or back

2. A new continuous cough

3. Loss or change to the sense of smell or taste

If you have these symptoms do not attend the practice, stay at home and get a test.

Do not attend if you have been in contact with anyone suspected of having Covid-19 or you are in an 'extremely vulnerable' group, such as those with organ transplants, severe respiratory conditions (cystic fibrosis, COPD), rare diseases that significantly increase risk of infection, immunosuppression treatments, pregnant women with heart disease.  Those patients with a letter from the Government advising them to shield may also consider delaying their treatment.

When you do come to see us, please use the hand sanitiser before entering the Waiting Room and wear a mask or be prepared to wear one.  On arriving your temperature will be taken and the screening questions will be repeated.  We will book your appointments to allow for social distancing between patients, so please do not arrive early at the practice.  If necessary, you may need to wait outside in the car park.

To save crowding, please do not attend if you do not have an appointment, but phone Penny, our Receptionist, to make one.

Kind regards

Trevor Bigg
